We bought this coach NEW in 2006. We are original owners. Everything in the coach; appliances, TV's all furnishings, are original except for the following:
We recently replaced the carpet in the LR and DR slides. The DR slide was also repaired and new walls installed. Two window slide awnings have also been replaced. The inverter was also replaced as well as the mechanics for the automatic steps. We removed the single W/Dryer combo so we would have more storage, but we still have it and can be easily re-installed.
Less than 30,000 miles is on our coach.
Great turning radius. Smooth drive. We researched almost a year on all Diesel Coaches and this one at the time of purchase had the best rating for safety and reliability.
Tow Package included. Many kitchen items included. Tires have less than 2K miles on them but manufacture recommends replacing every 10 years regardless of mileage. Should probably be replaced within the next year. No accidents.
Marble tile and carpet in living/kitchen. Marble tile in bath and carpet in bedroom. We added a computer desk and comfortable leather chair as a workstation while on the road. Original 32" LCD TV, Norcold 4-door Refrigerator with ice maker. Lighted storage bays w/carpeted liners and insulated aluminum bay doors. Sikkens full body exterior paint.
Paint is in good condition but has some minor crackling on passenger side as well as marks on protective shield on front. NO ACCIDENTS. NO SMOKING. 400HP Diesel Luxury Package, 15BTU Roof Air w/Heat Pump, Sunscreen, Tire Monitoring System and more!
This coach is great for full time or part-time. Great storage inside and outside in bays. We love our coach but we can't find the time to use it. Would love to pass this on to someone who would enjoy as much as we have!
