In November the MPG gauge and outside temp gauge started fluctuating then the Check Engine Light came on. The OBD showed that the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor needs to be replaced. This will be left to the new owner as to how it will be replaced (either just sensor in driver's mirror, $20, or entire mirror - $250). I've included a picture of the OBD results which conveniently include the service record from the previous owner.
