This RV is in great condition and everything works just fine. No leaks and everything is dry. Roof windows recently replaced and generator had a tune up. Tires have less than 10,000 miles. Hawking fabric needs to be replaced ($350.00), but the mechanism works perfect. Great reliable RV! Priced to sell quick.
